This weeks Character Counts goes to Neolin Abundis and Abigail Galaz. These two girls are the example of ENERGY on and off the field. Both girls pressure and attack at full speed never letting up on our opponents! At practice both girls give 100% and are ready to push themselves to the limit!

Friday, November 18 our very own Jose Palafox took first place at the Division I Sectional III. He ran a 16:04 reaching a new PR, and winning the race by :01. Join us this Saturday, November 16 at the Cave Creek Golf Course at 8:45 in support of Jose as he runs at the state meet representing the Westview Knights.

Girls Varsity Golf · Lady Knights play short-handed


Eligibility and illness left the Westview Women’s golf team with only two players on Monday.  Monday matches are always difficult to get ready for following the weekend but the other factors made it worse.  Naomi Lawson and Hannah Booth were the two lone golfers for Westview.  They tried not be two let down and went out and played their best.

Girls Varsity Golf, Varsity Girls Golf · Lady Golfers show improvement against Youngker


The Ladies Golf team had a strong showing against Youngker High School on Wednesday.  The most impressive improvements came from two newcomers, Hannah Booth and Nevaeh Milton.  Both were very competitive in their groupings.  The two seniors, Angelique Lopez and Naomi Lawson were pitted against two girls who are potential State Qualifiers.  The girls continue to improve from day to day.  Good Job Lady Knights.
